If I could give Andy 10 stars out of the possible 5, I would do it in a heartbeat. He is so wonderful!

I knew I wanted to travel for the Holidays, and I also knew that I wanted to travel internationally, but I had hesitations because it was my first international trip and I'd be traveling solo. Andy made the process so easy!

I went to him with rough ideas of what I wanted and he came back to me with some high level plans I could consider. One by one, we whittled down the options and Andy provided me with estimates, expectations, and professional insights that helped me continue to narrow down my choices until I had planned the perfect trip with him. Over the course of getting to work together, he took the time to understand what facets of the vacation were most important to me: dining, entertainment, and relaxation. So, each of the options he presented me was specifically catered towards these things. As a solo traveler going international for the first time, I had many questions, and Andy made himself available to me prior to the trip and even texted with me while I was on the trip. The end result was an amazing Mexican getaway that I will never forget.

I am so grateful for his help and I look forward to working with Andy to plan many more trips together!

Andy was an absolute professional from the beginning. This was our first time using a travel advisor and since we were planning our honeymoon we were a little stressed and had high expectations. Andy exceeded those expectations at every turn. His responses were prompt, his recommendations were top notch and his organization was so appreciated. He put together a full itinerary list for us which was easily accessible and acted as our bible for the trip. From providing recommendations based on the climate we were looking for, to setting up transportation and spa appointments ahead of time, our trip wouldn’t have been the same without him. It is safe to say that we will be using Andy for anything and everything travel related for the foreseeable future. HE IS THE BEST!!!

Andy was an amazing help to my husband and me while we were planning a large group event in Costa Rica. He helped us narrow in on the type of property that would fit all of our needs, arrange airport transfers, chefs, and excursions. He went above and beyond as we really worked through our vision of what this trip could be.

Most notably, three days before we were set to fly to Costa Rica from Berlin, the property we had booked cancelled on us for no apparent reason. This was obviously stressful, but we were in such great hands with Andy! He worked with us for the following days to make sure we had a property that still met our needs. He even managed to get us a nicer house for the same price! I'm truly not sure what we would have done without his diligence, patience, and professional experience in this situation.

Andy was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process, always quick to respond to questions and keeping us updated every step of the way. What really impressed us was his flexibility; when our plans had to change suddenly, he didn't miss a beat. He quickly adapted and found solutions that worked perfectly for our new constraints without any hassle.

One thing that really stood out was how attentive Andy was to everyone in our party. He made sure each person's needs and preferences were accommodated, which can be challenging when coordinating travel for a group.
