Amy was amazing! She found us a great price and took care of everything when we arrived to the hotel there were some hiccups that did not have anything to do with her. But once she learned of these hiccups, the hotel made, she was right on it to make things right to accommodate us. She checked in on us and she made sure that our day would go perfectly and if we needed anything to let her know and she will make it happen. this was one of the best booking experience through an agent I’ve ever had. We will be using her again thank you, Amy!
