We had never used a travel advisor before and, at first, were a bit hesitant. Now, after working with Amna, we honestly don’t know how we would travel without her.
Amna arranged, managed, and followed up on every aspect of our trip with exceptional attentiveness and attention to detail. She took the time to understand our expectations and made sure every detail was handled from start to finish.
What really stood out was how she handled the unexpected. We had a couple of issues during our trip, including an airline losing our luggage and a communication problem with hotel staff. In both situations, Amna immediately stepped in and used her knowledge, experience, and connections to help resolve the problems quickly.
We highly recommend Amna and her services to anyone who wants to enjoy a wonderful trip without the stress, time, and hassle of arranging everything themselves. And perhaps just as importantly, it is reassuring to know that you have someone like Amna in your corner if something unexpected happens along the way. Having that kind of support is truly invaluable.
