We would give Amber 10 stars if that was an option. We received top notch customer service from a top notch travel advisor and it was the best experience ever! Amber went over and above her call of duty, from the time we first reached out to her and all the way to the end of our trip. We will definitely use her again for our travel needs. Amber did a fantastic job booking an extremely last-minute trip to Orlando. She was able to find us the most convenient and affordable flight and much more! From our rental car, the hotel, to Universal Park tickets, Amber booked everything quickly and without issue. Our vacation couldn't have gone any smoother. We owe it all to Amber's guidance!

Amber was absolutely amazing in helping us plan our first European trip! She was detail-oriented and so knowledgeable on excursions and "do's and don'ts" in Europe. We decided last minute to leave a day earlier than we had originally planned and she had excursion/hotel plans rebooked within 24 hours notice. She has also been to many places in Europe which is helpful when booking! Truly had an amazing trip and this was largely due to all of Amber's help.

Amber was fantastic. She was responsive, thoughtful, kind, and I felt like she really listened to our must have needs. Anything I had questions on Amber would research (if she didn’t already know) and get me the information. We had never used an agent before for vacation, but would definitely do so again.
