Working with Amanda at Range Collective made our trip to Japan feel seamless, thoughtful, and deeply connected to place. She helped us plan a beautiful stay at Hoshino Resorts in Misawa, but what really stood out was the way she looked beyond the hotel experience to help us engage more meaningfully with the local community and culture.
Every detail felt intentional — from the pacing of the trip to the local experiences she recommended. Amanda brought a wonderful balance of care, organization, and insight, making the planning process easy while helping us feel more connected to the destination.
We came away not only relaxed and well cared for, but with a much deeper appreciation for the people, traditions, and sense of place that made this part of Japan so special. We would absolutely work with Amanda again for future travel.

Working with Amanda Popp was an absolute dream. From the very beginning, everything felt easy, breezy, and completely seamless. We traveled through multiple cities and stayed at several different hotels, and she booked and coordinated everything with total ease. She thought of every detail before it ever crossed my mind and handled even last minute changes calmly and efficiently.
Travel can be stressful, but Amanda makes it feel effortless. Every recommendation was spot on, every transition was smooth, and I always felt completely taken care of. I recommend her 10/10 without hesitation and have already told all of my friends, family, and clients about her. If you want a travel agent who truly goes above and beyond, Amanda is it.

An Artisan Journey Through Antigua and Lake Atitlán
Guatemala is deeply meaningful to me because it is where my connection to artisan textiles, traditional craft, and community-based development work first took root. Between the cobblestone streets of Antigua, the volcano-ringed beauty of Lake Atitlán, and the lakeside villages where weaving traditions are still practiced every day, the country offers a rare combination of beauty, culture, and human connection. What makes Guatemala so special is the opportunity to experience craft not as something displayed, but as something lived—passed through hands, stories, color, and generations. For travelers who want depth, creativity, and a real sense of place, Guatemala is unforgettable. People come, and they stay.

At the Edge of Everything: A Wildlife & Cultural Journey Through Tofino
Tofino sits at the edge of the Emerald Edge—the world’s largest intact coastal temperate rainforest—where 100 million acres of ancient forest meet the raw, unbroken Pacific in a landscape that feels genuinely otherworldly. It is one of the few places on earth where old-growth rainforest, wild Pacific coastline, and living First Nations culture exist not as separate experiences but as a single, inseparable whole. The diversity of what’s possible here is extraordinary: kayaking glassy inlets framed by ancient cedar, hiking cathedral old-growth trails, watching humpback whales breach offshore, spotting black bears and the legendary spirit bear along forested shores, and sitting down to a meal of locally foraged and harvested ingredients prepared by some of Canada’s most celebrated chefs. What elevates Tofino further still is the richness of First Nations culture that runs through every corner of this place—from Indigenous-led wildlife encounters and ceremonial gatherings to a food scene rooted in centuries of coastal knowledge—offering travelers a depth of connection to land, sea, and story that is as rare as it is profound.

Belize: A Journey Through Forest and Coast
Few destinations offer what Belize does: a landscape where ancient Maya ruins rise from one of the largest remaining tropical forests on earth, and turquoise Caribbean waters teem with some of the hemisphere’s most vibrant marine life. This seven-day journey—from the 30,000-acre Gallon Jug Estate and Chan Chich Lodge to the beaches and reefs of Placencia—is built around that contrast. It invites travelers to experience Belize not as a single note, but as a country of remarkable depth and richness.
