Communication with Amanda was perfect! She asked our needs and our budget and found several hotels for us to choose from. I waited to look over the options and a few were booked when we got back to her- and I'm glad they were because this one was amazing, and I can't imagine having stayed anywhere else while in Florence! Here recommendations were spot on for both food and things to do, especially the pasta cooking experience. AMAZING! I wasn't sure if I wanted to take a day of sightseeing away for this, but I am so glad I did- you must do it if you are ever in Florence! I highly recommend booking with her. She really listens to what you want out of your trip and helped set my mind at ease. Since this was my first time traveling in Europe not on a tour, I was a little anxious, but her careful planning put my mind at ease! Can't wait to plan another trip with her!

The booking experience with Amanda was great. I told her exactly what I was looking for in our price range and she found it! Great communication with details and even a bottle of wine and fruit plate for us upon arrival. Hotel was exactly as she described. She helped us book train tickets, travel insurance and tours as well and explained each in detail to make sure we got what we wanted. Everything was great. I highly recommend booking with her.
