She handled the organization of my trip from St. John's to Toronto and back, and I was absolutely delighted with her work. Alice didn't just buy the tickets – she took a very responsible approach to everything. I especially want to mention the Niagara Falls tour – it was thought out down to the smallest detail, including tickets for the boat cruise, which made the excursion unforgettable.
What I appreciated most was that before the trip, Alice prepared a complete printed package for me on every single point: itineraries, hotel vouchers for Toronto, flight times, and contact information. With that folder in hand, I felt completely at ease and didn't have to search for anything in the last-minute rush.
