Alicia’s expertise was invaluable in helping us select the perfect river cruise line for our bucket list European adventure! We were looking for an experience that offered more active options and hit all the countries we wanted to visit, and she found the perfect fit with an AmaWaterways Rhine Castles and Swiss Alps itinerary. Our trip exceeded expectations in every way possible. We would do another in a heartbeat!

We were so grateful to have Alicia help us book a last minute stay for a nearby event! She helped us secure a room at one of the nicer hotels in the area with great proximity to the event venue (and Starbucks). She also helped us take advantage of a rate drop as well as an unexpected extension on our stay. We were able to stay in the same room, even with a day-of extension.

Alicia listened to what we needed. She made some changes for us based on some last-minute additions to our vacation. She followed up with the changes to make sure they were accurate. She even had a little surprise waiting for us in our cabin!!

Our trip to Tofino, British Columbia, Canada was spectacular! Traveling to a remote destination like Tofino would not have been possible without Alicia’s support in coordinating all the logistics. From arranging our beachfront accommodations, rental car and ferry ride to finding the perfect blend of active and relaxing excursions, her planning made the entire journey flow smoothly. We felt so confident booking and traveling with Alicia!
