Travel has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up as the daughter of a travel agency owner, exploring the world with my family and learning firsthand how well-planned moments can create lasting memories. My mother set foot on all seven continents, and I’m working my way toward the same goal—one adventure at a time.

Alicia helped us book a room and rental car for a friend’s wedding weekend, and we were very pleased with the process and all the perks that came along with it! The hotel accommodated our early check-in request (at 7:00am, I might add!), and the location was very convenient for all the wedding weekend festivities. We got a great rate for our rental car and it saved us a ton of hassle having all those details taken care of.

Alicia’s expertise was invaluable in helping us select the perfect river cruise line for our bucket list European adventure! We were looking for an experience that offered more active options and hit all the countries we wanted to visit, and she found the perfect fit with an AmaWaterways Rhine Castles and Swiss Alps itinerary. Our trip exceeded expectations in every way possible. We would do another in a heartbeat!

We were so grateful to have Alicia help us book a last minute stay for a nearby event! She helped us secure a room at one of the nicer hotels in the area with great proximity to the event venue (and Starbucks). She also helped us take advantage of a rate drop as well as an unexpected extension on our stay. We were able to stay in the same room, even with a day-of extension.

Alicia listened to what we needed. She made some changes for us based on some last-minute additions to our vacation. She followed up with the changes to make sure they were accurate. She even had a little surprise waiting for us in our cabin!!
