Simply effortless. The reservation process was so easy. Going through options and choosing amenities was enjoyable. Really isn't a big part of the fun of travel the planning anyway? This was a staycation so no flights needed to be booked and the focus was on relaxing and peacefulness. Alexandra catered this to a T.
