Alex was a rockstar. She was very knowledgeable and prompt in responding throughout the planning process. She helped with booking our hotels and activities, and the final itinerary was very detailed and clear. The trip went off without a hitch and we can thank Alex for that! Alex was such an amazing addition to our travel planning. I've never worked with a travel advisor before but knew I just didn't have the bandwidth to plan this trip on our own (1 month, 3 countries with two kids aged 5 & 7). She essentially shortlisted everything for us, booked everything that was in her power to book for us (I booked a few Airbnbs) and was available for travel support while we were away. Alex made some wonderful recommendations in Portugal & France that I would not have found on my own but also saved me a TON of time by leveraging her knowledge and research skills. She even drafted and planned our travel insurance and spoon fed me the steps I needed to sort our EU sim cards. We had a wonderful time and I was so much more confident on the trip knowing Alex was there for support by phone. For one 5:45 am departure from the French Riviera we had a car cancel our drive to the airport and Alex spotted it while I was asleep and arranged a new driver before I eve knew what had. happened. 10 million stars for Alex :) I'm already day dreaming what our next big trip should be and what to brief Alex on next!

Alex was fabulous to work with! Her communication and attention to detail were great. She did an amazing job finding a hotel that exceeded our expectations and was within budget. Because we booked with her, we got upgraded to a suite and were given daily breakfast and a $100 voucher. We had the best anniversary trip and are so grateful to Alex for making it happen!

Alex really made planning and booking a breeze!!! She scored some discounts, saving at least ~$300, and organized the travel itinerary into a thorough single tidy document. I really appreciated NOT having bits of travel (car, flight, hotel, cruise) not being scattered in different places on my phone. She saved me a little chunk of money, but LOTS of time and effort. One thing that REALLY and unexpectedly helped: Alex mentioned that traveling with my daughter with a different last name may require extra forethought and documentation. I had to get her father's written permission and other extra steps. Our cruise plans may have been demolished if we had not prepared for it on Alex's recommendation. Thanks, Alex! Alex took time to research my trip thoroughly and decide what was best for us, always with patience and humor. My many questions could be overwhelming for some! I even think she sent me reminders when I fell off our email thread a could of times. She's exactly whom I needed. In fact, we had such a great experience that I used her to book a totally different vacation! And I'd do it again and again again.
