Firstly, she secured us a super late check-in at 3 pm, which was a huge convenience. When we encountered a minor issue with our room, Alaethea promptly addressed it and went above and beyond by arranging complimentary breakfast and drinks at the bar for us. To our delight, we were also greeted with the sweetest handwritten note, our favorite type of wine, and some delicious chocolate when we arrived. These thoughtful touches made our stay incredibly special and showed her attention to detail and genuine care for her clients’ satisfaction.
