Aileen was super helpful! Super efficient, took into account all my needs. It was not easy as my family members had different travel dates, different room preferences. I also had to change the dates for one of the bookings. Aileen helped me with all of this. She is also very detailed and noticed that the hotel warned of construction nearby and let me know of this issue. She definitely eased off a part of the trip planning stress for me. It made the booking experience much more enjoyable. I will definitely ask for her assistance for any future trips!
