Hotel bar junkie originally from SJU, but currently ATX-based. Constantly planning travel (and everyday life) around food and drink destinations.
ATX is home but SJU will always be home.
My travel style
I love both exploring new cities and sitting on a beach with a drink in hand. Always looking for a vibe, a good drink and an amazing meal. My POV is that the best way to get to know a new place is walking and eating your way through it. Luxe, boutique or solo – plan enough to always have a 4pm drink to take it all in to remind yourself that “I'm on vacation."
Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve
Puerto Rico’s most luxurious resort, where apartment-sized suites and private butlers come standard, and there’s no bad view along the two-mile stretch of beachfront.
$150 hotel / resort credit.
Upgrade on arrival, subject to availability
El Mangroove, Autograph Collection
A beachfront gem in Guanacaste, with a modern look, private touring and spectacular views of the Gulf of Papagayo from most rooms and the two restaurants.
60-minute Renaissance massage for two or one 60-minute paddle-board rental for two.
Designer destination for a peaceful escape, close to Mexico’s surf mecca Puerto Escondido.
Recently returned from:
Rolling through the Lisbon hills to help work off the wine, seafood and pasteis de nata.
Trying Gambas al Ajillo and tinto de verano in Madrid.
Making hats and hunting for boots in Nashville.
Chasing sunsets and spicy mezcal margaritas on LA hotel rooftops.
Atacama Desert in Chile.
San Miguel de Allende, México.
One thing I can't travel without...
Pre-loaded Google Maps.
Two truths, one lie:
I've only been hospitalized internationally.
I swam with sharks, penguins and sea lions on the same day.
The only flight I have ever missed was over an unclaimed foie gras.
