Renée is a dream. She understood EXACTLY the needs and feel of the trip and gave us the right amount of options to choose from (not too few and not too many). I can't possibly describe how easy and delightful it was to book with Renée. She went over and above to make sure that we got the best possible price and even called the hotel to let them know that we were celebrating a birthday (which resulted in some perks!). Renée has an unmatched level of experience in basically any destination I could think of. I couldn't imagine going on a trip without consulting her first!

Renee helped me book an anniversary stay-cation with my wife. She was able to get us an early and late check out with the Conrad, who had a very kind staff and upgraded us! We celebrated in style. Working with Renee was so easy. She took note of what we were looking for and gave us some really amazing options. The hardest part of this process was choosing between two perfect hotels! We already have our next trip in mind and can't wait to start planning with Renee.

Our experience with Renee was just perfect. When we first discussed a weekend getaway in Nashville, we simply told her what we were hoping for... a romantic couple of nights in the city at a nice hotel where we could ring in the New Year. What we got in return was beyond all of our expectations! We've now called it the first annual New Year's trip because we can't wait to repeat it every year! Working with Renee was effortless. She gave us several options to choose from and was so knowledgeable about each choice. As we read through her recommendations it was obvious she knew what we were looking for which made us really feel taken care of. Honestly, when we have booked travel in the past, it takes so much time to look through all of the hotel reviews, food reviews, locations, etc... By working with Renee it took the stress out and made the experience so much more enjoyable. Renee took the time to communicate with us throughout the whole process. She was attentive to our questions, proactive in thinking ahead about our trip, and was in communication with the hotel ahead of our arrival to make sure everything was good to go! Her thoughtfulness made our weekend trip so easy to enjoy. She was able to get our room upgraded, along with early check-in and late check-out allowing us to really enjoy the full time that we were there! We loved working with Renee so much that we've referred all of our friends to her. We're also already working on the next trip (this time International!) and we know it's going to be just perfect with all of Renee's expertise!

Is there a six star option? Because Renee was spectacular. She arranged for our upgrade and early check in, she took into account our budget and nailed the location of the hotel. It was such a great experience, we are already planning our next trip with her help!
