I had a group of 19 individuals who were looking for an affordable yet enjoyable stay at a tropical destination. As the leader of my group, I reached out to Jeff in hopes of gaining some knowledge and expertise on both individual and group travel booking. I was not only met with immediate gratitude, but most importantly, Jeff worked diligently to make things work. Being a “last minute trip” we were less than 2 months out, and Jeff managed to find us the perfect destination. Being under 25 years of age, we were met with requirements that we could not meet. It was challenging to find somewhere that would work for us, however, Jeff was extremely confident that he could make it work while remaining within a specified budget. He found us a great resort in St. Martin, which worked perfectly. The St. Martin Sonesta Maho Resort. He worked day in and day out to book 19 of us across two different airlines, separate hotel transfers and 5 different rooms. I felt informed, comfortable, safe and taken care of, being that it was the first time out of the country for several of us. Jeff called ahead of time to the hotel concierge to specify and confirm our room requests, as well as constantly updated me on flight and transfer information. Although he was one phone call away, it felt like he was with us the entire way and ensured we had the best stay. I would recommend him to ANYONE looking to book all-inclusive or other forms of travel because his expertise truly is unbeatable. I am already planning two more trips through him, as I would not do so any other way!
