Alexandra asked us a few questions and came back with a list. She took an effort to get to know us and provide options that fit the brief but also fit us personally. She made it super easy on us and checked on us throughout the journey. When I panicked because I couldn't access a DR government document website, she helped me in minutes (on a Sunday morning no less) and resolved the issue. She also found us options that fit our budget, and noticed that a few days after we booked that there was a promotion happening, so she rebooked us to get a lower price on the hotel. She goes above and beyond and adds the personal touch that makes the difference. 100% plan to work with Alexandra again and will recommend her to friends and family in the future.

Alexandra is a travel wizard! She took our trip ideas and turned them into an amazing experience we will always cherish. She listened to understand our vibe and wishes and ran with it. She’s very communicative and right there with you whenever you have a question or want to chat through logistics. Our trip went from a few thoughts to a well organized 2-week excursion thanks to her!
