Tucked away in the rolling hills of San Antonio's Hill Country, the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa is the perfect family friendly getaway just 20 minutes from the San Antonio airport and 30 minutes from the heart of the city. High Velocity Sports Bar is a favorite for sports fans, with a massive 120-foot-long high-definition video wall and two Top Golf Swing Suites. Crooked Branch in the lobby offers Asian-inspired bites, while Fiamme Pizzeria is perfect for grabbing a quick pizza or salad. And if you're by the pool, Rivertop Restaurant & Bar has you covered with casual eats.
One of the highlights of the resort is the River Bluff Water Experience, a 9-acre water park that’s fun for all ages. You can take on the Acequia Tube Slides, the Canyon Oak Twister and Hill Country Plunge body slides, or just float along the lazy river. There’s a children’s pool area, a Sand Beach pool for families, and an adults-only infinity pool and jacuzzi with stunning views of the Texas Hill Country—perfect for unwinding.
