From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the calming design—neutral tones, subtle coastal textures, and ocean views from nearly every angle. But what truly set it apart was the way wellness is integrated seamlessly into the entire experience. It’s not just a resort with a spa—it is a spa lover’s paradise.
We spent most mornings on the beach, where the resort has a private stretch of sand perfect for sunrise walks and meditation. It’s also where we got engaged—just the two of us, waves crashing, and the most beautiful golden light. The team at Amrit helped us celebrate with a surprise champagne toast in our room and small touches that made the whole weekend feel deeply personal and curated.

The spa and wellness center is expansive and still has that crisp, new energy you can feel as soon as you walk in. We loved the Ayurvedic treatments, guided breathwork, and hydrothermal experiences. You could easily spend an entire day in wellness heaven without leaving the property. For meals, the oceanview restaurant served as a peaceful (and delicious) place to unwind post-treatment. Their menu is health-forward but indulgent—think fresh juices, grilled seafood, and seasonal produce paired with beautiful wines.
