Why the Caribbean?

Planning a destination wedding in the Caribbean is one of the most exciting and logistically complex travel experiences a couple can take on. From the moment you say “yes” to a Caribbean celebration, the details can quickly become overwhelming. Which resort is the right fit? How do we get all of our guests there? What happens if someone needs a different room category? This is exactly where I come in. As your dedicated Fora travel advisor, I handle every layer of the travel planning so you can stay focused on the moments that matter most: the dress, the vows, and the memories.

Group room blocks

One of the biggest advantages I offer destination wedding couples is my ability to set up and manage a group room block at your chosen resort. Group blocks not only simplify the booking process for your guests, but they often unlock discounted room rates, complimentary upgrades, and added perks that individual bookings simply do not qualify for. Managing a room block is a full time job on its own, and it is one I take completely off your plate.

Guest travel coordination

Your guests are coming from different cities, have different budgets, and have different needs. Some are traveling with young children, some may need accessibility accommodations, and some may want to arrive early or extend their stay after the wedding. I coordinate all of it seamlessly, making sure every single guest feels taken care of from the moment they book to the moment they return home.

Getting legally married abroad involves more than just showing up with a bouquet. Requirements vary by country and resort, and the details matter. I work closely with resort wedding coordinators and guide my couples through exactly what they need to know so there are no surprises on the big day.

Travel protection

A destination wedding is a significant investment for you and your guests. Weather delays, illness, and unexpected life events happen more often than people expect, especially with large groups traveling internationally. I strongly recommend travel insurance for every single guest and will help everyone understand their options so they are fully protected.

Choosing the right resort

Not all resorts are created equal, and the right choice depends on far more than just a pretty photo on Instagram. From adults-only luxury properties to family-friendly resorts that welcome guests of all ages, the Caribbean offers an incredible range of experiences across Riviera Maya, Punta Cana, Montego Bay, and St. Lucia. Finding the perfect match for your vision, your guest list, and your budget is what I do best.

Why work with me

I am not just a travel advisor. I am a destination bride myself, and I know firsthand what it feels like to plan a wedding from afar while managing the travel needs of an entire guest list. That personal experience, combined with my expertise as a Fora advisor and access to exclusive Preferred Partner benefits, means my couples get more value, more support, and a far less stressful planning experience than going it alone.

Need to know

Let me handle the logistics so you can focus on the fun

Destination weddings are supposed to be joyful, celebratory, and stress free. The truth is, coordinating travel for a large group of people is a full time job, and it is one that most couples do not realize how complex it is until they are knee deep in it. That is exactly why I am here. From the first inquiry to the final checkout, I manage every moving piece so you can spend your energy on the things that actually make your wedding uniquely yours.

What I handle so you don’t have to

Booking flights for a group of guests coming from multiple cities is more complicated than it sounds. Tracking who has booked, who has not, and who needs a gentle nudge is something I manage on your behalf. I send reminders, answer guest questions, and make sure no one falls through the cracks. You should never have to chase down your own wedding guests about their travel plans.

Passports and travel documents

This one catches more guests off guard than you would think. Every guest traveling internationally needs a valid passport, and many do not realize theirs may be expired or expiring soon. I remind all guests early in the planning process to check their passport expiration dates and advise on processing times, especially during peak seasons when wait times can be longer than expected.

Arriving early and staying late

I always encourage couples and their closest family members to arrive at least one to two days before the wedding. This allows time to settle in, meet with the resort wedding coordinator, and handle any last-minute details without the stress of arriving the same day. For guests who want to extend their stay and turn the trip into a vacation, I handle those arrangements as well.

Room categories and special requests

Not every guest has the same budget, and that is completely okay. I work with the resort to offer a range of room categories within the group block so guests can choose what works best for them. Whether someone wants a basic garden view room or a swim-up suite, I make sure everyone has options. Special requests like connecting rooms for families, accessibility needs, or honeymoon suite upgrades for the couple are all things I coordinate directly with the resort.

Airport transfers

Getting from the airport to the resort is often an afterthought until guests start arriving at all different times and no one knows how to get there. I coordinate airport transfer options for the group so that arrivals are smooth, stress free, and no one ends up stranded at baggage claim wondering what to do next.

Welcome bags and guest itineraries

Many couples love the idea of putting together welcome bags or a weekend itinerary for their guests. While the creative side of that is all you, I can help coordinate delivery logistics with the resort and make sure guests receive information about the schedule, excursion options, and any hosted group dinners or events planned throughout the trip.

Excursions and group activities

The Caribbean is packed with incredible experiences beyond the resort. From catamaran cruises and snorkeling trips to zip-lining and cultural tours, there is something for every type of guest. I can help organize group excursions so your wedding weekend feels like a full celebration rather than just one big day.

My golden rule

No question from your guests is too small, and no detail is too minor. My job is to make sure that every single person on your guest list feels supported, informed, and excited about the trip. When your guests have a great experience getting there and back, it reflects the love and care you put into your entire celebration.
