Location

The Four Seasons Maui resort is located in Wailea, on the southwest coast of Maui, Hawaii. Positioned along the pristine Wailea Beach, the resort offers views of the Pacific Ocean and is surrounded by lush tropical landscapes. Wailea is renowned for its beautiful beaches, upscale amenities, and serene ambiance (not as touristy), making it an ideal destination for a luxurious getaway.

More specifically, the resort is located about 30 minutes from Kahului airport. While it is easy to secure a taxi or uber once you land, private transportation services can be arranged prior to your arrival.

About the Resort

The Four Seasons has a total of 383 spacious and elegantly appointed rooms, suites, and luxurious 3-4 bedroom ocean view villas. More importantly, each room includes its own private lanai, allowing for natural light and the fresh Maui air to circulate through the accommodation. There is nothing better than hearing the crashing of the waves along the shore, while sleeping at night.

Dining:

Wailea is known for having some of the nicest restaurants on Maui. Four Seasons in particular, is known for offering a diverse culinary experience. With signature restaurants such as Duo Steak & Seafood, an award-winning venue that specializes in prime cuts and fresh seafood, offering a sophisticated dining atmosphere. The signature dish to order is the 48-hour bone-in short rib with a potato puree. The resort also hosts Ferraro's, which offers a beachfront setting for Italian cuisine. There is also Spago by Wolfgang Puck, serving up Pacific Rim. inspired dishes in a stylish environment. Additionally, they are offering a pop-up dining experience known as “Love for Lahaina” to help give back to the culinary geniuses and farmers that lost everything in the Maui fires back in August 2023. Reservations in advance are recommended. If you’re wanting to grab something quick to nibble on, they also have a Beachwalk Cafe, Lobby Lounge (great place to enjoy sunset) and of course offer in room-dining services. Needless to say, you will never go hungry.

Family Friendly Amenities:

What's great about the Four Seasons Maui, is that they really cater to every type of traveler, including those traveling with little ones. They offer the following baby-friendly amenities, allowing you to pack more of what you want versus what you need.

Stroller

Bottle Warmer

The Four Seasons offers two separate kids clubs accommodating younger and older children. Kids for All Seasons is geared towards kids 5-12. The club is complementary and is offered daily from 9:00am to 5:00pm. If your child is younger than 5 years old, they can still enjoy the camp activities, but they must be accompanied by an adult, 18 or older. Camp Manitou is geared towards kids 9-17 (additional fees apply). On top of the two camps, they also offer a Four Seasons Maui Academy, which educates the kids on local marine life, Hawaiian navigation by using the stars, whale watching (seasonal) and offer a cooking class. Once the kids “graduate” they will be awarded with a certificate of completion. Ultimately, these amenities and activities allow for the kids to meet new friends and create unforgettable memories. The adults get to unplug and enjoy some well deserved relaxation time.
