The Rhine in Flames tradition began in 1756 in Koblenz to honor the electoral prince Johann-Philipp von Walderdorff. The nearly 270-year-old festival now takes place at various locations along the Rhine, including Bonn, Rüdesheim-Bingen, Koblenz, Oberwesel, and St. Goar-St. Goarshausen, each offering unique experiences.

It's more than just a fireworks show; it's a celebration of history, culture, and community. Whether you're cruising the river, enjoying the festivities on land, or savoring local delicacies, this event promises an unforgettable experience.
