• Best seasons: Badrutt’s Palace operates two distinct seasons. Winter (late November through March) and Summer (late June through early September). Both are exceptional; the experience and pace differ significantly.

• Book early: Suites and preferred rooms, particularly those with lake-facing views, sell out well in advance for both peak ski season and summer. Build lead time into every St. Moritz conversation.

• Chesa Veglia reservations: Book this dining experience at the time of hotel booking, not after arrival. It is one of the most sought-after tables in St. Moritz.

• Getting there: The most seamless arrival is via the Glacier Express from Zurich, which is an experience in itself and a natural add-on for clients who appreciate a scenic, unhurried journey. If they are traveling from Milan, they could take a train to Tirano and catch the Bernina Express. Suggest they get first-class tickets and reserve their seats in advance.
