I am a Santorini veteran and recently stayed at Nous Santorini to check out this new luxury hotel I had heard about. I was absolutely blown away by the quality of this resort - everything from the rooms, service, spa, food, pool, views, etc. was perfection. And, you get all of this at a pretty decent price relative to most other resorts on the island! I plan on staying here repeatedly for years to come and highly recommend it to my clients.
