Mexico's Most Exciting New Luxury Beach Escape

I would recommend Siari to clients looking for a true luxury resort experience without the size and sometimes complicated logistics of a larger property. The resort has relatively few rooms, and one of my favorite things about staying here was how close everything felt. You can easily go from your room to the beach, restaurants, pool, or spa without spending your vacation waiting for golf carts or traveling long distances around the property.

The accommodations were another major highlight for me. Even the entry-level rooms start at approximately 91 square meters, so I don't think clients necessarily need to upgrade just to have a great room experience. They are extremely spacious, beautifully designed, and feel very private. For clients who value space, this is a big selling point.

The beach was probably one of my favorite parts of the stay. It is beautiful and feels peaceful and uncrowded, which works perfectly with the intimate scale of the resort. I would absolutely recommend leaving enough downtime in the itinerary to actually enjoy the property rather than filling every day with activities.

Food was also much better than I expected—and not just "good for a resort." My favorite restaurant was Nao, which serves Asian-Mexican fusion. This was the dining experience I enjoyed the most and the restaurant I would tell clients not to miss. The combination sounds unusual at first, but it works extremely well and was one of the highlights of my stay.

I also had a very positive experience with the service. It was attentive and polished, but still warm and personal. Because the property is relatively small, the experience feels much more intimate than at a traditional large luxury resort.

The spa is excellent and absolutely worth incorporating into the stay. Between the spa, beach, dining, and overall setting, I think Siari works best when you give yourself time to slow down and enjoy the resort itself.

Who I would send here

I think Siari is especially strong for couples, honeymoons, and travelers who appreciate privacy and understated luxury. I would also recommend it to clients who normally love properties such as Aman or other Ritz-Carlton Reserves but want something new on Mexico's Pacific coast.

My biggest tip is not to over-plan. Siari is the type of resort where the property itself is the destination. Have dinner at Nao, book time at the spa, spend an afternoon on the beach, and enjoy how easy everything is.

For me, the combination of the beach, enormous rooms, intimate scale, excellent food, and thoughtful design is what makes Siari special. There are many beautiful luxury resorts in Mexico, but very few manage to feel this private while also being this convenient. I left genuinely impressed and would feel very confident recommending it to my clients.
