My favorite ritual unfolded each evening at 6 p.m.: champagne sabering on the beach. Since it was my birthday, I was invited to go first—a joyful, celebratory moment I’ll never forget. The fish served throughout the property is consistently fresh and flavorful, often prepared in unique ways.
