Curator’s statement
Viceroy Los Cabos is a design lover’s dream—modern, dramatic, and made to impress. What stood out to me most was the way architecture and water interact throughout the entire resort; it feels like you’re walking through an art installation. The vibe is trendy but relaxed, and it’s perfect for travelers who appreciate contemporary aesthetics, great dining, and thoughtful service. I loved how it manages to feel both social and peaceful at the same time.

I spent four nights at Viceroy Los Cabos in one of their three-bedroom villas, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The property is absolutely stunning—clean white lines, reflecting pools, and jaw-dropping architecture that gives it a very cinematic feel. It’s not just a pretty face either—service was attentive, the food was excellent, and the vibe was cool and contemporary without being cold.
The villa was a highlight: spacious, private, and perfect for a family or friend group looking to unwind in style. Having our own pool and rooftop was a luxury in itself, but we still had access to all the main resort amenities. Dining at Nido, the nest-like ceviche bar, was a standout moment—unique atmosphere, creative presentation, and incredibly fresh seafood.
Viceroy is ideal for couples, friend groups, and design-forward clients who want something a little trendier than your classic Cabo resort. It’s lively without being rowdy, and luxurious without being stiff—a great choice for travelers who want both beauty and substance.

Need to know
Request a room or suite in the buildings with direct ocean views—the morning light reflecting off the water is breathtaking. While the beach here isn’t swimmable, the main pool area is a social hub with a great vibe and excellent service. Nido is a must for dinner (make a reservation in advance), and the rooftop at Cielomar is perfect for sunset cocktails. For families or groups, the villas are absolutely worth the upgrade—private, stylish, and incredibly comfortable.
