Staying at Hotel Palazzo Manfredi was a highlight of my one night in Rome and an experience that perfectly blended luxury, history, and impeccable hospitality.
From the moment I stepped through the doors, the front desk team set the tone with their warm welcome, efficiency, and genuine care. Check-in felt effortless, and they made me feel more like a valued guest than just a reservation number.
I was delighted to be upgraded to a room with a direct view of the Colosseum—a truly unforgettable sight. The room itself was elegant, with thoughtful design details and every comfort you could want. Waiting for me was a beautiful welcome amenity that included a chilled bottle of prosecco, fresh fruit, and sweet and crunchy treats—such a thoughtful touch after a day of travel.

The bathroom amenities were equally impressive, stocked with high-end products that felt indulgent and added to the overall sense of luxury. Every detail—from plush towels, robes, and slippers to the view of the Colosseum from the shower—enhanced the experience. I felt like real royalty!

We chose to have dinner in the city; however, this hotel has a Michelin-starred restaurant, Aroma, and I highly recommend a reservation if time permits. In the evening, we had a reservation at the hotel’s prestigious mixology venue, The Court (which deserves a review of its own). We enjoyed magically crafted cocktails while overlooking the Colosseum lit up at night. Watching the monument glow as the sun set over Rome was pure magic—one of those rare travel moments that stays with you forever.
