Curator’s statement
North Beach Resort & Villas was the perfect destination for our family trip celebrating both Mother’s Day and a birthday. Staying in a spacious three-bedroom penthouse gave our family plenty of room to gather, celebrate, and enjoy quality time together while taking in breathtaking ocean views. Between the resort’s outstanding amenities and convenient location near some of North Myrtle Beach’s best dining and attractions, it created memories we’ll cherish for years to come.

For our Mother’s Day and birthday celebration, we stayed in a three-bedroom penthouse at North Beach Resort & Villas, and it was truly the highlight of the trip. The penthouse offered plenty of space for our family, with a large living area, full kitchen, and balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Waking up each morning to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise made the experience feel extra special. The resort itself is beautifully maintained and provides direct access to the beach, making it easy to enjoy both the sand and surf throughout the day.

One of our favorite features was the award-winning Caribbean-themed pool complex with multiple pools, hot tubs, and a lazy river. We spent our days relaxing by the pool, walking along the beach, and enjoying quality time together as a family. For a convenient lunch between pool and beach time, we ordered pizza from North Beach Pizza Co., the resort’s on-site pizzeria, and it was the perfect easy vacation meal. The location also made it easy to explore nearby attractions, shopping, and restaurants while still feeling tucked away from the busier areas of Myrtle Beach.

A standout dining experience during our stay was breakfast at Blueberry’s Grill, which was phenomenal. The creative menu, generous portions, and exceptional service made it one of the highlights of our trip. North Beach Resort & Villas is an excellent choice for families, multigenerational vacations, and special celebrations. The combination of spacious accommodations, resort-style amenities, and a prime North Myrtle Beach location makes it a property I would confidently recommend to anyone looking for a five-star beach getaway.
