In November of 2024, I did a site inspection while staying at the beautiful Canopy By Hilton in the Wharf district of Washington, DC. The staff was welcoming and attentive to any needs that arose. The service at the rooftop bar and the bar located on the 2nd level was top-notch. The hotel is conveniently located near amazing restaurants and a trail along the waterfront. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to my clients.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Canopy by Hilton at the Wharf in Washington, D.C. The experience was nothing short of spectacular. The hotel's prime location offers stunning views, especially from the rooftop bar, where you can sip a drink while taking in the breathtaking sight of the Capitol building. Dining options are abundant, with Mason's Lobster Rolls being a personal favorite. For a more diverse palate, Del Mar restaurant and Limani Bar offer exquisite culinary delights. I couldn't resist trying the smashburger at the hotel's restaurant — delicious. The Jessie Taylor Municipal Fish Market nearby was bustling with energy and added a local charm to the stay. Plus, with close proximity to the Washington Channel, exploring the nearby walking trail was a relaxing way to end the day.
The Canopy by Hilton at the Wharf is also conveniently located within a short driving distance of D.C.'s famous monuments, making sightseeing a breeze. The nightlife on Saturdays and Sundays is active but never overwhelming, perfect for those who enjoy a lively evening out. The hotel's second-floor outdoor patio seating offers serene views of the pier and the Washington Channel, making it an ideal spot for a peaceful morning coffee or an evening unwind. Additionally, its safe and clean environment ensures a comfortable stay. With Reagan International Airport only 3.5 miles away, the Canopy by Hilton at the Wharf is an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers.
