The property itself boasts 175 rooms split across three nautical-themed wings - Venezia, Aqua & Baia. Venezia offers a classic nautical look with deep blues, curved edges and mahogany wood, while Aqua & Baia have a more playful seaside color scheme - think turquoise and seashells. All three wings have one- two- and three-bedroom suites as well as standard “premium” rooms. Most of the suites offer modern amenities such as fully-functional kitchens, dining areas and even washer-dryers. Most also have balconies overlooking the Porto Montenegro marina.

The three wings surround a central pool area with four pools (including two infinity pools) that are raised one story off the promenade so guests can swim and lounge in privacy while still being in the heart of Porto Montenegro.

The Regent Signature Spa also has a twenty-meter indoor pool with a Turkish hammam and offers several different treatments from a variety of massages, wraps, foot & hand treatments and facials.

The property itself has four restaurants, Murano, serving regional Adriatic cuisine with an emphasis on locally-sourced seafood; Gourmet Corner, an upscale patisserie for coffee as well as small sweet and savory dishes; Pool Bar, offering light gourmet food and cocktails to be enjoyed overlooking the bay; and Onyx Bar & Garden, an upscale cocktail bar with expertly-crafted cocktails and bar snacks. The hotel also has 250 sq. meters of function rooms overlooking the bay for conferences, weddings and private events.
