There are 24 beautiful, spacious rooms. Every room has a full kitchen and laundry facilities. Each room is furnished with a King size bed except the two bedroom suite which has one king and one queen. All rooms have a large shower, but there is one ADA room with a tub. Continental breakfast is pick-up on your own just outside the lobby. This place feels like a fresh AIRBnB with high end amenities!

There is an oyster bar attached to the hotel that is open for lunch and dinner and to the public. Across the alley is the second part of the property that houses a full restaurant that is a split concept of tavern in the back and a two level french inspired restaurant in the front. The second level space feels very residential and will be available for private functions. They are set to open early summer 2023. The third level is being built out as a penthouse room!

The Pinch hits a lot of markets: couple getaway, mother daughter trip, girlfriend getaway, college touring AND they are seeing long-term use for people relocating to the area or in the midst of renovations. With all the crackdowns Charleston has had on short term rentals on the peninsula, this will fit the bill for a lot of people. Also, if you have a client with severe food allergies this could be a great option as every room has a full kitchen, equipped beautifully. Bikes are available for check-out to roam the streets. Although there is no gym on site, The Pinch does have gym rights nearby for guests.

  • 2 Bedroom premier (sleeps 4) at $999/night, weeknight. $1249/night, weekend
