Where to stay in Positano

Unlock perks by contacting Ashley to book your trip.

Perched high above the Amalfi Coast in Positano, this family-owned hotel has such fabulous views, they almost don’t look real. It’s basically the Amalfi Coast you’ve seen on postcards, only better, because you’re living in it.

The rooms themselves are gorgeous in that effortless Italian-chic way. They’ve got everything from classic doubles to large suites with private terraces. Some of the junior suites even come with whirlpool tubs that look straight out over the water. The big suites are basically little apartments, all tiled floors, antiques, and enough space to make you want to move in permanently.

The pool is where you’ll be spending the majority of your days. It’s set right into the terrace, looking straight out over the ocean. You can just float there with a drink in hand, watching boats drift across the bay.

They have an amazing spa and gym setup, which is nice if you want to balance out all the pasta and spritzes. There’s a Roman-style plunge pool, cold plunge, and sauna to wind down in after a day of exploring. The gym features weights, cardio machines, an even two Lagree machines, a gym amenity I’ve never seen before.

Restaurants and bars include:

  • La Sponda: The Michelin-starred restaurant with candlelit dinners and coastal views.

  • Aldo’s: Candlelit terrace for drinks, snacks, and larger dishes. The perfect spot for sunset.

  • Don’t Worry Bar: Intimate speakeasy featuring vinyl music and delicious cocktails.

  • Pool Bar: This spot keeps the spritzes and snacks coming while you lounge by the water.

What makes the hotel really special is the vibe. It’s super luxe but never feels pretentious. Half the fun is just wandering around the hotel itself, with terraces dripping in flowers, cozy nooks everywhere, and staff who make you feel like family, not just another guest.

Need to know

And here’s a little insider perk: staying at Le Sirenuse gets you access to Franco’s Bar, right next door. It’s one of the most famous spots in Positano, no reservations, always a line down the street, but as a guest, you can slip right in. Sunset cocktails there, with music and that unbeatable view, feel like the ultimate Amalfi Coast experience.
