Rayavadee is only accessible by boat, so guests should plan arrivals through Krabi Airport with transfers arranged in advance by the resort—it’s smooth and well-organized. The beaches are public, so while the scenery is jaw-dropping, expect some foot traffic during the day. That said, early mornings and late afternoons feel incredibly peaceful. Pack water shoes for exploring rocky areas and caves, and note that some villas have stairs, so those with mobility issues should request accessible options.
Book dinner at The Grotto just before sunset—it’s one of Thailand’s most iconic dining experiences, and tables fill quickly. For a quieter beach day, head to Railay West early in the morning or walk to Phra Nang Cave Beach just after sunrise for stunning views without the crowds.
