Curator’s statement
The Maldives is at the top of so many people’s bucket lists, and for good reason. This out-of-the-world destination is nowhere like I’ve traveled before. Hotels take over their own islands throughout the Maldives region, and that hotel essentially becomes your playground for your trip. Yes, you have a room, but the entire resort is at your disposal.

Mura Bar: Your daily lunch spot, located right off the pool. Enjoy in one of the infinity pods or airy cabanas. For a nightcap, stop by the Whiskey & Cigar Lounge.

JOALI BEING Cure
Welcome to a new era of relaxation and rejuvenation at the rebranded spa, JOALI BEING Cure. Guests can now enjoy a taste of JOALI BEING, the first and only well-being island of its kind in the Maldives. The spa focuses on the four pillars of mind, skin, microbiome, and energy.
How to get there & around
It may take a long time to get there, but the ride will be well worth it. You have two options to arrive to the island: a 40 minute seaplane transfer from Male International Airport, or a 35 minute domestic flight to Ifuru Airport followed by a 15 minute speedboat transfer to the island. The hotel will assist you with the travel accommodations. Whichever route you choose, JOALI has private lounges for guests to wait in during travel.

Accessibility & dietary restrictions:
The hotel itself is built on one floor and features an accessible path that leads to the main bar and guest rooms. Travel-wise, this is a really difficult location in the world to get to. It involves extensive hours traveling by commercial plane, small plane, and boat.
JOALI Maldives can cater to almost all dietary requirements. We can plan ahead of your stay so they can accommodate any request.
