Day 1: Arrive in Buenos Aires

Arrive in Buenos Aires at EZE International Airport and transfer to your hotel.

Enjoy a welcome meal at Siga La Vaca or Don Julio if you are a steak lover and indulge in top-quality, grass-fed, local cuts and award-winning Argentinian wine.

With the rest of the afternoon open, take time to explore shops, restaurants, and the Buenos Aires botanical gardens close to the hotel.

Or, simply take the day to acclimate and rest before a full day of exploring the city tomorrow.

Day 2: Explore the city culture

Morning & afternoon in Buenos Aires

Evening

Go out for a night on the town.

Day 5: Visit the Perito Moreno Glacier

Embark on a full-day adventure from El Chaltén to the awe-inspiring Perito Moreno Glacier with a professional guide.

Wander scenic lookout points, opt for a boat ride across Lago Argentino, and feel the thrill as massive icebergs crack and shift before your eyes.

Day 6: Journey to Mendoza

Morning

Meet your private driver for a transfer to the airport.

Day 7: Explore Malbec vineyards

Meet your driver and guide for a day discovering the birthplace of Argentina’s Malbec, and home to the best wines in Argentina.

Learn about the region’s rich winemaking history. Your tour of the famous vineyards will be followed by an exceptional wine-tasting session and delicious lunch.

Spend the evening at your leisure relaxing or exploring the beautiful city of Mendoza.

Day 8: Enjoy stunning nature & wine

Morning: Cacheuta Hot Springs

Meet your guide and driver for a relaxing morning at the Cacheuta Hot Springs (Thermas de Cacheuta).

In addition to the hot springs, they have multiple indoor and outdoor pools, and a spa day experience including a mud bath, a grotto sauna, and a buffet lunch.

Afternoon: Uco Valley vineyards

In the afternoon, visit the high-altitude vineyards of Uco Valley, and enjoy another day in one of the best wine regions in the world.

Renowned for its diverse soils and microclimates, which produce exceptional Malbec, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Franc. Learn about the eco-friendly, sustainable practices of local wineries, which focus on organic and biodynamic farming.

Day 9: Explore the Andes

Aconcagua Park

Head out for an early morning in the Andes exploring Aconcagua Park, where hikes range from an easy walk to an advanced, challenging summit up the mountain.

On the way up the Andes, stop at Puente del Inca, a natural arch that forms a bridge over the Las Cuevas River. There are nearby hot springs bearing the same name.

Return to Mendoza

On the way back to Mendoza, enjoy an olive oil tasting before discovering historic wineries and family-owned vineyards in Maipu, one of Mendoza’s oldest wine regions with deep-rooted winemaking traditions. Known for Malbec, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon, with some of the oldest vines in the region.

Day 10: Say goodbye… or not

Fly back to Buenos Aires for your return flight.

  • Argentinians typically eat a light breakfast and most eat dinner after 9 pm. On weekends, it’s not unusual for Argentines to eat after midnight. Most restaurants begin dinner service around 8 pm.

  • Flights from Houston, TX are 10h20min—prepare for the long journey with an upgraded seat.
