Today is all about the sea. Set out on a private half-day yacht charter to swim in Colombier Bay, snorkel along the coast, and sip champagne in the sun.
After docking, unwind with a spa treatment or a quiet afternoon by the pool.
As the sun begins to set, head to Eden Rock for a beachfront dinner at Sand Bar, an open air Jean-Georges restaurant. Be sure to leave time for a drink at Rémy Bar before heading outdoors to your table for dinner.

Need to know
Plan early: Book flights, hotels or villas, and dining well in advance, especially during the holidays and peak season.
Getting there: Fly into St. Maarten (SXM), then take a short connecting flight or ferry to St. Barths. Private transfer services can help smooth the journey.
Consider a villa stay:: Villas offer privacy, space, and personalized concierge perks—perfect for couples, groups, or longer stays.
Rent a car or Moke: The island is best explored by car. Compact rentals or colorful Mokes are ideal, but keep in mind parking in Gustavia is limited.
Pack smart: The dress code is relaxed and chic. Think linen, swimsuits, and stylish sandals. No heels necessary.
Reserve restaurants in advance: Top spots like Bonito, Tamarin, and Sand Bar fill up quickly, especially during high season. Booking ahead guarantees you won’t miss out on the island’s best dining experiences. For that quintessential St. Barths buzz, aim for 2 pm lunch and 9 pm dinner—the island comes alive with music, energy, and champagne-popping celebration.
Currency and language: St. Barths uses the euro (€) and French is the official language, though English is widely spoken across the island.
Beach time: All beaches are public and worth exploring. Don’t miss Saline, Gouverneur, and the hike-to-paradise that is Colombier.
