Things to do in Los Cabos

Cortes Sea rocks and white sand beach.

Explore the town of San Jose Del Cabo: If you feel like slipping away from the pool, take a stroll through the charming town of San Jose  Del Cabo. Stop by the locally-owned stores to pick up handmade products for your loved ones at home followed by a local eatery for a margarita and repeat.

Take a private off-road jeep tour: When you've finally hit the point in chill mode where you need a bit of an adrenaline rush, take jeep tour through the colorful town of Santiago and soak in stunning views of the desert.

Soak in a romantic sunset sail: Rent a private yacht to explore the Sea of Cortez, margarita in hand with only your significant other and bffs by your side with a gracious crew all to yourselves.

Spa treatments: Los Cabos is known for the variety of luxury resorts and hotels and their spas live up to every expectation for slipping away into vacation mode. Whether you book a spa treatment or use a day pass, make sure to spend an afternoon melting stress away.

Hit the golf courses: The variety of golf courses throughout Los Cabos will give you an excuse to incorporate multiple rounds within a long weekend. It is worth talking to the hotel concierge to see if they can get access to some of the member's only courses and go early to beat the heat and give time to jump back in the hotel pool before dinner.

Day trips

Todos Santos: About an hour drive from San Jose Del Cabo and 45 minutes from Cabo San Lucas.

Places to eat & drink in Los Cabos

An assortment of tacos and guacamole on a wooden table.

Flora Farms: Known for their brunch but we also highly recommend their dinner. The fresh carrot margarita is so refreshing on a hot night. Tip: Leave time to wander the grounds after dinner and stop by the ice cream cart if you have room left for dessert.

After dinner drinks around the sunken firepit at The Ritz's Candil. Also the perfect spot to perch yourself for sunset for pre-dinner drinks.

Acre: Trust us, and just make a reservation. There's no way you'll be disappointed with this chic, sustainable oasis. Tip: come early and take a complimentary golf cart tour around the property. (To order for the table: the cheddar biscuits are delicious.)

Edith's Restaurante: Perfect for an upscale night when you're craving steak and seafood.

Hacienda Cocina y Cantina: If you feel like venturing into Cabo San Lucas, dinner at the Hacienda is romantic and delicious. Book it to arrive an hour prior to sunset so you can enjoy the stunning views of the Sea of Cortez and the sunset. Fun fact: I got engaged here! (It is that romantic)

La Lupita Taco & Mezcal: Go for their colorful, relaxed vibe, endless taco assortment and mezcal tasting. Tip: Sit on the patio which feels like you're on a friend's patio and make sure to ask the servers for their taco recommendations. There are two locations so make sure you make reservations at the one you intend to!
