Day 1: Galway city exploration

A lively Galway street where colorful shopfronts, fluttering flags, and the hum of conversation capture the city’s unmistakable Irish charm.
Enjoy a relaxed breakfast at The G Hotel before heading out to explore Galway. Spend the morning browsing local goods at the Aran Sweater Market and strolling through Eyre Square. Make your way to the waterfront for an Irish coffee at Quays Bar, then visit the Spanish Arch and Galway City Museum to round out the afternoon. Finish the day with a delicious dinner at McSwiggan’s, savoring traditional Irish flavors in a cozy setting.
Day 2: Doolin & the Cliffs of Moher

Cliffs of Moher
After a scenic drive from Galway, check in at the Doolin Inn before heading to the Cliffs of Moher. Enjoy a picnic lunch and a misty walk along the cliffs, taking time for photos overlooking the Atlantic. Stop by the visitor center gift shop to pick up a meaningful souvenir and capture the memory of this iconic landscape. After dinner back at the Doolin Inn, end the evening with a Guinness alongside locals at Gus O’Connor’s Bar.
Day 3: Luxury at Adare Manor

Arrive at Adare Manor and feel the sense of luxury from the moment you come through the gates. Spend the day golfing on the Adare Manor Golf Course, host of the 2027 Ryder Cup and one of Ireland’s premier parkland courses. Afterward, enjoy dinner at The Carriage House followed by signature drinks at The Tack Room, a stylish place to unwind. End the evening in your beautifully appointed room, where thoughtful details and comfort make the stay truly exceptional.
Day 4: From Adare to Kinsale

Blarney Castle
Wake up to sunrise views over the golf course from your private balcony, then enjoy a clay pigeon shooting lesson on the manor grounds followed by lunch overlooking the gardens. Leave Adare for a scenic drive to Blarney Castle, where you can explore the historic site and kiss the Blarney Stone if you choose. Take a relaxed walk through the sculpture and castle gardens to stretch your legs before continuing south. Arrive in Kinsale and check in at the Kinsale Hotel and Spa for an easy evening to unwind.
Day 5: Old Head to Dublin

After a relaxed morning at the Kinsale Hotel and Spa, head to Old Head Golf Links for a clubhouse lunch with views of the Atlantic. Spend the afternoon enjoying golf on this remarkable course or unwinding with time in the spa. Finish with a cocktail on the deck overlooking the historic lighthouse and coastline. Later, drive back to Dublin to begin a weekend of city life after five days along Ireland’s countryside and coast.
Day 6: Dublin city life

Start with coffee and pastries at a local Dublin café before heading out for a relaxed stroll through the city streets. Spend the day exploring independent shops and neighborhoods, browsing Irish design, books, and art. In the evening, enjoy a casual dinner at JR Mahon’s. End the night with a festive visit to The Giddy Dolphin for drinks and live music.
Day 7: Dublin heritage & farewell

Jameson whiskey flight
Sleep in and enjoy a relaxed morning before visiting the Jameson Distillery for an engaging tour. Learn about the history of this well-known Irish whiskey maker while tasting several different whiskeys and discovering how each gets its character. Spend the afternoon taking in authentic Irish music at The Oliver St. John Gogarty Bar in Temple Bar. Finish your Ireland adventure with a comforting dinner of shepherd’s pie there and an early night before flying out tomorrow.
