While it has a reputation for being expensive, it can actually be quite budget-friendly if you take advantage of off-peak pricing, especially for hotels, which typically runs from May through September when temperatures are at their highest. This is when you’ll often find five-star properties at a fraction of their winter rates, making luxury far more accessible than most travelers expect.
Dress codes are generally relaxed in tourist areas, but modest attire is recommended in cultural districts. Alcohol is available in licensed venues, mainly within hotels.
Most importantly, Dubai is incredibly safe and welcoming, making it a great choice for both first-time international travelers and those looking to experience luxury without the usual cost.
