Traditional French Cuisine

  • Le Frog - Enjoy foie gras, escargot or frog legs in a low key ambiance.

  • Les Sens - Artisinal meats and local seafood. The menu changes every week and they are only open for lunch and dinner Monday - Friday.

Nissarde Foods

  • Salad Nicoise - Tomatoes, olives, hardboiled eggs and anchovies in an olive oil based vinaigrette.

  • Socca - A pancake-esque treat made from chickpea flour. Sold in restaurants or at street vendors.

  • Zucchini blossom beignets

  • Pissaladiere - Between a pizza/flatbread or a tart, this delicious bread is topped with caramelized onions, anchovies and olives.
