Things to do in Paris

Vintage shopping in Paris—and why it’s great
Paris is a treasure chest for vintage lovers. The city treats fashion not just as clothing, but as a cultural memory, and its vintage shops reflect that.
In neighborhoods like Le Marais, Montmartre, and Canal Saint-Martin, you’ll find curated boutiques filled with pieces that feel like they’ve lived a life before you—70s leather coats, 90s denim, designer archives, couture silk scarves, even one-of-a-kind pieces from forgotten Parisian ateliers.
What makes vintage shopping in Paris truly special is the quality and curation. Many shops hand-select garments with an eye for craftsmanship and history, so instead of digging through piles, you discover items that feel intentionally presented more like galleries than thrift stores. You leave not only with clothing, but with stories, and many of them require an appointment to visit.
Food
There is nothing quite like the food in Paris. It is the heartbeat of daily life there, and everything is done with perfection, from a croissant to a steak.
Sightseeing
My favorite way to sightsee is on a vintage sidecar tour. There’s something unforgettable about seeing Paris from the seat of a vintage sidecar. It’s part adventure, part nostalgia, part movie scene.
These tours blend the thrill of open-air travel with the charm of old-world style, letting you experience Paris in a way you simply never could from a bus or a typical car. What makes sidecar tours truly great is the freedom and personalization.
Places to eat & drink in Paris

Le Renommee: Classic French with historic charm and sibling of famous NYC restaurant.
Chez Julien: A really charming and classic Parisian brasserie with a lot of character.
Localino: Charming Italian spot in Paris with a menu that constantly evolves.
Fouquet‘s: A landmark, an institution. Elegant, glamorous, and super chic. A place to be seen.
Le Petite Lutetia: Very Left‑Bank, old‑Paris bistro vibe—sophisticated but not overly stuffy.
Need to know
Paris is perfect for couples, families, girls trips, and mother-daughter trips as it has a rare ability to shape-shift depending on who you are and what you seek. It’s a city that can satisfy every type of traveler—from art lovers to foodies, fashionistas to romantics, solo wanderers to groups of friends.
Every corner tells a story. Eating is a lifestyle, and I am completely in love with every part of it.
