Things to do in Abu Dhabi

I took all of my friends to the desert for a desert safari. It was one of the must-do’s on my list! Don’t miss out on this if you like a thrill. And it’s even extra special when you are lucky enough to see camels!
Sheikh Zayed Mosque: I was lucky enough to live across the street from this beautiful mosque! The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi is a breathtaking masterpiece of white marble, intricate mosaics, and soaring domes, blending traditional Islamic design with modern grandeur. As one of the world’s largest mosques, it offers a serene yet awe-inspiring experience, especially at sunset when it glows against the desert sky!
Ferrari World: I had season passes to Ferrari World and I would go often for a thrill! Ferrari World Abu Dhabi on Yas Island is the ultimate thrill destination, home to Formula Rossa—the world’s fastest roller coaster—along with cutting-edge rides, racing simulators, and family-friendly attractions. It’s a one-of-a-kind experience where Italian passion meets high-octane adventure. Believe me—you will be speechless after riding Formula Rossa!
Louvre Abu Dhabi: The Louvre, another magical place in Abu Dhabi, is great for the whole family! The Louvre Abu Dhabi is a cultural landmark that unites East and West, showcasing treasures from ancient civilizations to contemporary masterpieces. Its striking dome and waterfront setting create a museum experience that is as unforgettable as the art within.
Saadiyat Beach: Saadiyat Beach is a breathtaking coastal retreat, where gentle waves and endless white sands create a picture-perfect escape. Surrounded by upscale resorts and unspoiled nature, it’s the ideal spot for sun, sea, and serenity. The dolphins, sting rays, living sand dollars, starfish, and thousands of beautiful shells will bring you joy.
Desert safari: Don’t just visit Abu Dhabi—feel its soul in the desert! Race across the golden dunes in a 4x4 or a quad bike, and unwind in a traditional Bedouin-style camp with local cuisine, live entertainment, and cultural experiences! Whether your sandboarding, riding a camel, or simply stargazing, this desert journey captures the true spirit of the UAE.
An unmatched brunch: There are two brunches that I highly recommend. White at Jumeriah Saadiyat Island Resort and the other is The Ritz- Carlton Chef’s Brunch at Giornotte. Be ready to get fancy, and enjoy a four-hour afternoon out with your friends and/or family! You will be in awe at the spread of food that these brunches have! The St. Regis Giornotte Brunch delights guests with an elegant international spread, featuring fresh seafood, grilled specialties, and decadent desserts, all served in a sophisticated, beachside setting. The Jumeirah Saadiyat White Brunch stands out for its seafood-focused feast, live cooking stations, and stylish indoor and outdoor ambiance. Both brunches combine exceptional cuisine with attentive service, creating an unforgettable dining experience in Abu Dhabi.
