Day 1: Art and Architecture
Your first day of this 5-day Paris itinerary starts by visiting the Louvre Museum, one of the largest and most famous art museums in the world. Spend the morning exploring its vast collection of art, including the iconic Mona Lisa. After lunch, head to Notre-Dame Cathedral, a Gothic masterpiece that's one of the most famous landmarks in Paris. Take a stroll along the Seine River, which offers beautiful views of the city's bridges and architecture. End your day by climbing to the top of the Eiffel Tower, where you can watch the sun set over the city.

Day 2: Fashion and Shopping
Spend the day exploring Paris's world-famous fashion and shopping scene. Start by visiting the Chanel Museum, which offers an immersive experience into the life and legacy of fashion icon Coco Chanel.
Next, head to the Champs-Élysées, one of the most famous shopping streets in the world, where you'll find everything from luxury boutiques to high-street brands.
For lunch, try the classic French dish of steak frites at Le Relais de l'Entrecôte, a popular restaurant that's been serving up delicious steak since 1959. In the afternoon, explore the trendy neighborhood of Le Marais, which is known for its boutiques, vintage shops, and trendy cafes. End your day with a glass of wine at a local wine bar or brasserie.

Day 3: History and Culture
Start your day by visiting the Musée d'Orsay, a museum housed in a former train station that's home to an impressive collection of Impressionist and Post-Impressionist art. After lunch, head to the Palace of Versailles, a grand and opulent palace that was once the seat of power of the French monarchy. Take a stroll through the palace's gardens, which are among the most beautiful in the world. In the evening, catch a show at the Opéra Garnier, one of the most famous and beautiful opera houses in the world.

Day 4: Food and Wine (a must for any Paris itinerary!)
Start your day with a croissant and café au lait at a local bakery, such as Du Pain et Des Idées or Blé Sucré. For lunch, head to the Marché d'Aligre, a lively outdoor market where you can sample cheese, charcuterie and other French delicacies. In the evening, take a wine tasting class at a local wine bar or visit one of the city's famous wine bars, such as Le Verre Volé or La Cave à Michel.

Day 5: Hidden Gems and Local Favorites
On your final day in Paris, explore some of the city's hidden gems and local favorites. Start your day by visiting the Canal Saint-Martin, a picturesque canal that's a favorite spot for locals to hang out and relax. For lunch, head to the Marché des Enfants Rouges, the oldest covered market in Paris, where you'll find a variety of stalls selling everything from Moroccan tagine to Japanese ramen. In the afternoon, explore the Butte-aux-Cailles neighborhood, a charming and bohemian area that's known for its street art and lively atmosphere. End your day by taking a sunset cruise on the Seine River, where you can see some of Paris's most iconic landmarks from the water.
