Things to do in Baltimore

Camden Yards
Walk around historic Fells Point on a Saturday morning for the farmers market and local shopping scene. Don't leave without a souvenir from EC Pops.
Take the water taxi from Fells Point to the Inner Harbor for a baseball game at Camden Yards.
Enjoy an evening at dinner in Hamden at one of the many wide-ranging culinary options there for every budget.
If you're looking for a crab cake, I highly recommend Faidley's at Lexington Market, open every day but Sunday. While you're there, check out the other market options like Black Acres Coffee and Mount Royal Soaps.
If you're coming from Penn Station and want to stay close by, there's theater and dining in Station North to check out.
Baltimore has wonderful museums. You can explore art and antiquities at Walters, or I know the unique art of the American Visionary Art Museum will catch your eye.
There is rich history to be understood at Fort McHenry or the Reginald F. Lewis Museum. And if you're feeling up for it, go find Edgar Allen Poe's grave.
