Curator’s statement

London is one of the most magical cities in the world, boasting a diverse, unique and rich history and culture. Regardless of your interests, whether it be museums, theatres, spas, shopping, local pubs, people-watching or something else entirely, London has something to offer everyone.

When I'm in the city, I love museum hopping or going for a stroll or having a picnic in one of the Royal Parks, such as Hyde Park, Regents Park or Queens Mary's Gardens. Or I just want to grab a sandwich from Prêt and find a spot to sit at Trafalgar Square to watch the hustle and bustle of the city.

The architecture in London is simply stunning, and even a simple walk can transport you through the magnificent history of Britain. It's incredible how you can jump on a train for a couple of hours and end up on the town of Brighton's beautiful coast, or, if you're in the mood for some ancient history, take a tour to Stonehenge or the Roman Baths. London has everything to offer and more.
