Advisor - Aruba Reset: Four Days to Come Back to Yourself
Curator’s statement

I created this itinerary for travelers like myself: people who need a break that isn’t about checking boxes or sightseeing in overdrive. Aruba gave me permission to do less, feel more, and move at my own pace. This four-day reset is designed for solo travelers who want sun, soul, stillness, and maybe a cocktail or two along the way. It’s freedom in flip-flops.

Where to stay

Unlock perks by contacting Kim to book your trip.

Day 1: Arrival day

Ease into Aruba slowly. After check-in, wander barefoot along the beach or grab a drink at the pool bar. Order room service, open your balcony door, and let the breeze do the work. No pressure to start exploring—just land. If you’re up for something light and ridiculous, consider the Kukoo Kunuku Party Bus for a festive, no-pressure way to meet people. Or head to bed early. Either way, you’re winning.

Spa optional: A short massage or reflexology session is a great way to unwind from travel. At least stop by if it is not closed and get the latest specials.

Day 2: Beach bars, relaxation & you-time

No alarms. No pressure. Just peace.

This is your no-commitments day. Sleep in. Float in the ocean. Read something deliciously nonproductive. Want a little adventure? Book a short cultural tour or ask your hotel for a scenic walking route. Not in the mood to move? Do a casual beach bar crawl. MooMba, Pelican Pier, and Bugaloe all offer shade, music, and solo-friendly energy.

Spa optional: A facial or body scrub in the afternoon is perfect between beach drinks and dinner.

Kukoo Kunuku backup: If you didn’t do it last night, this could be your wild card night.

Day 3: Island adventure or spa escape

Choose your reset: wild and free or still and sacred.

If you’re feeling energized, today’s the perfect time for a De Palm Island Tour—a great way to explore Aruba’s coastline, enjoy cliff views, or even snorkel near a shipwreck if you’re up for it. Prefer stillness? Book a full spa day—think massages, naps in the quiet room, and lunch in your robe. Choose whatever feels like nourishment.

Important: If you did Kukoo Kunuku last night, don’t snorkel today. You’re welcome.

Day 4: Spa, stillness & departure

Leave lighter. Carry less. Feel better.

Wake up slowly. Start your final day with a light breakfast and a spa treatment—even a short one makes a difference. Then head to the pool or beach for one last dose of Aruba’s healing sunshine. If you have a late flight, schedule a farewell meal at Flying Fishbone with your toes in the sand. This isn’t a goodbye—it’s a carry-this-energy-with-you kind of day.

Need to know

  • Aruba is easy for solo travelers: English is widely spoken, it’s safe, and everything’s close.

  • You don’t need to rent a car. Taxis and hotel pick-ups make it stress-free.

  • Bring your Hilton or Marriott points—they go far here.

  • Pack light. You’ll wear a swimsuit, a dress, and not much else.

  • Don’t overplan. Spaciousness is part of the transformation.
