Day 1: Arrival & island introduction

Your trip begins with a scenic flight into St. Martin, followed by the exhilarating 10-minute hop over to St. Barts. Landing at the island’s famed airport is an experience in itself—the approach over turquoise waters is nothing short of cinematic. Upon touchdown, your driver will whisk you to the legendary Eden Rock Hotel, a symbol of timeless Riviera-style luxury in the Caribbean.

Shortly after check-in, a colorful Moke will be delivered to your hotel—the preferred way to explore the island at your own pace. Spend the afternoon cruising through charming villages, taking in panoramic views, and discovering hidden beaches. As evening falls, head back to Eden Rock to refresh, then start the night with sunset cocktails at the elegant Rémy Bar. For dinner, indulge at L’Isola, a refined Italian restaurant that’s a true St. Barts institution. From fresh seafood to handmade pastas, everything on the menu is exquisite.

Day 2: Hikes, beaches & fine dining

Wake up to the gentle sounds of the ocean and head out for a morning hike to the island’s natural pools. If it’s your first time, a local guide is recommended to safely navigate the trail. On your way back, stop by Petit Colombe for their famous chocolate almond croissant—an indulgence that’s worth every bite.

Lunch is at La Guérite Beach, where the truffle ricottoni is a must-try dish. Spend the afternoon soaking up the sun on Eden Rock’s plush beachfront loungers, sipping on crisp rosé as the waves lap the shore. For dinner, book a table at Bonito—a perennial favorite known for its chic décor, stunning harbor views, and French-Latin fusion menu that never disappoints.

Day 3: Yacht day & iconic parties

Start the day with an energizing session at Zion Gym, then prepare for one of the trip’s highlights: a private boat charter to explore the island by sea. Cruise past secluded coves and breathtaking stretches of coastline, dropping anchor at different beaches for a refreshing swim.

For lunch, tender ashore to Shellona, where the Greek salad and lobster linguine are nothing short of spectacular. Alternatively, Nao Beach offers a chic vibe and equally fantastic cuisine. In the afternoon, enjoy a swim at Saline Beach before heading back out for more time on the water.

As evening sets in, it’s time for Bagatelle’s legendary Saturday party. Dine, dance, and toast to island life in one of the most festive atmospheres St. Barts has to offer.

Day 4: Sunday on the island

Ease into Sunday with a morning dip at Gouverneur Beach, followed by a casual breakfast at Le Creperie in town—their sweet and savory crepes are the perfect start to the day. Spend the late morning relaxing at your villa or room before heading to the iconic Sunday second seating at Nikki Beach.

Known for its vibrant energy and crowd of stylish jet-setters, Nikki Beach is a must, and yes, the food is excellent. After a lively afternoon, return to Eden Rock to recharge. For those who want to keep the night going, book the second seating at Le Café—an experience that perfectly rounds out a St. Barts Sunday.

Day 5: Farewell to paradise

Your final morning begins with breakfast at Eden To Go, home to the best cappuccino on the island. Then, take a leisurely hike down to Colombier Beach—accessible only by foot—where pristine sand and crystal-clear waters await.

After working up an appetite, enjoy a relaxed lunch at Sand Bar by Jean-Georges back at Eden Rock. In the afternoon, head to the lagoon for an unforgettable experience swimming with sea turtles. As evening falls, savor your farewell dinner at Tamarin, a lush garden restaurant where the ice cream sundae is the perfect sweet ending to your trip.
