Things to do in Grand Cayman

A few days in Grand Cayman was all it took to understand why people keep coming back. Beaches, turtles, starfish, great food, and that laid-back island feeling.
Turtle sanctuary: Swimming with the turtles and learning how the island is helping protect and grow their population was such a cool experience. It’s fun but also really meaningful.
Seven Mile Beach: Perfect for relaxing on one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean. You can sit and listen to the waves or walk for miles—it feels like the beach never ends.
Starfish Point: Seeing starfish in their natural habitat (and sometimes stingrays, too) was something you don’t get to experience everywhere. Super calm, shallow water, and just a really unique stop.
Camana Bay: A very walkable area with shops, restaurants, and a nice place to spend an evening walking around, grabbing dinner, or just enjoying the atmosphere.
Blowholes: You can really see the power of the ocean here—watching and hearing the waves crash through the blowholes is pretty incredible.
Places to eat & drink in Grand Cayman
Rum Point Club: A great oceanfront spot with a long dock stretching out into the water. Perfect place to grab a drink, take it all in, and catch one of those unreal Caribbean sunsets.
The Brooklyn (Camana Bay): Perfect place to kick your feet up after walking around. Great happy hour options and an easy, relaxed vibe.
Bonny Moon Beach Club: Right on Seven Mile Beach with the option to sit in the sand, cocktail in hand. Doesn’t get much better than that.
West Bay public beach vendors: If you want authentic island flavor, this is it. Local food vendors serving up some of the best, no-frills bites on the island.
Seaside Paradise Restaurant: Small, quaint, and full of charm. A great spot for classic island dishes and a more local, laid-back feel.

Pro tip: Buy duty-free alcohol from your home airport, before arriving (1L per adult allowed).
Fun tip: Don’t look into a blowhole unless you want the ocean to choose you.
