Need to know
I’ve visited Boston twice in September, around Labor Day weekend, and it’s truly an ideal time to go. The weather is perfectly balanced—warm enough for outdoor exploring but cool enough for comfort. Crowds are noticeably lighter compared to peak summer months, making it easier to enjoy popular attractions without the hustle. If you’re looking for that “just right” experience, early September is hard to beat.
