Had a really smooth experience dealing with Zuliana. She was easy to communicate with, straightforward, and didn’t overcomplicate anything, which I really appreciated. Everything was handled efficiently and she was always clear on what to expect, so there was no guesswork on my end.
What stood out were the extra perks she managed to secure, that was a really nice touch and made the whole trip feel more worth it. Overall, just a very fuss-free and pleasant experience. Would definitely go back to her again for future trips.

Zizi was able to accurately address all my concerns and highlighted the advantages and disadvantages of the options available to me to make informed decisions. Given the peak season in Sapporo, I was glad Zizi managed to secure a lovely aparthotel for our 5 day stay in Sapporo which was comfortable and convenient. Thank you Zizi!

Zizi has been absolutely wonderful throughout the entire planning process. She was incredibly responsive, patient, and accommodative to all my requests — including my many (sometimes silly!) questions.
